Admission charges

Social tariff:

Shall only apply on presentation of a valid identity card – for pupils over 18 years, students, apprentices in accordance with the vocational education act, Bundeswehr soldiers called to basic military service, as well as members in a foreign military service liable to military service, persons liable to community service, severely handicapped persons (over 50 %), recipients of continuous aid to subsistence, unemployed persons as well as day-release prisoners from the prison (JVA).

Other allowances:

By presenting proof, families with several children and single parents shall obtain reductions on the admission price for the 3rd child and from there on for every child, whereby only children up to the age of 18 will be considered.

Free admission:

• Children up to the age of 3
• Schools within the scope of the user plan
• children on their birthday up to the age of 14
  (proof by presenting identity card if requested).

Notes:

• All single and multiple tickets (except the reduced admission tickets) are transferable.
• The validity of the multiple tickets is limited to 1 year.
• Single tickets entitle to just one single admission to the pool.
• Bought admission tickets (also multiple tickets not used in due time) will not be taken back. Payments already made and fees will not be repaid.
• Lost admission tickets will not be replaced.
• The bather must be in possession of an admission ticket to be able to prove that payment has been made.
